I have received good haircuts here. Walk-ins are nice on the weekend. Barbers are friendly and the pricing seems on par with other shops in the city. Appointments help as demand increases in the warmer months.

I've been a customer for a long time and I can honestly say, their haircuts are just the best. Service is great! I would recommend Rough Cuts to anyone. (Plus the view from the window onto 21st Avenue is nearly always a source of amusement and entertainment.)

I've gone to Rough Cut Barber Shop a couple of times now and I have had a great experience both times! Jackson has cut my hair every time I've been here and he has done a great job cutting my hair with minimal instructions. I highly recommend this barber shop, especially for those who live in the NW neighborhood!

Yo nick furfaro that young king, really hooked me up! I'd give 10 stars if I could. He was Very patience and very thorough. He Completed my vision! *chef kiss* 100% the best cut I've had in portland in the last 8 years. Amazing environment and the shop owner such a goddess. Don't let the name scare you. The best barbershop on 21st Street. I walked in without an appointment. I was in the chair 15 minutes later. Jackson did an outstanding job. He is very professional.
